You've already allotted time for your exercises and in the morning before you need to do your exercises you'll cleanse and prepare you skin for the day. Equally in the evening before you do your exercises you'll cleanse and moisturise your skin for the night. This is a schedule which you must not break.

Lastly, while you are working on losing that double chin you should work on how you present yourself to the outside world. Losing your double chin will not have the preferred effect if all people can see is a sad or unkempt person.
